Memorial Day Get Togethers

Memorial Day is the unofficial start to summer. I love this time of year getting together with family and friends for casual picnics at the lake. This Memorial Day I will be making a Strawberry Rhubarb Cake in a Polish Pottery the rectangular baker Unikat Lace. I love that it goes from the oven to the table in the same dish. The best part of Polish Pottery is the nonstick surface and that it can go into the dishwasher!
