Shipping Policy

Turnaround

 All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and price paid for your products. 

Purchases  $10.00 and under shipping $7.95

Purchases $10.01 - $25.00 shipping $8.95

Purchases $25.01 - $50 Shipping $11.95

Purchases $50.01 - $99 Shipping $14.95

Purchases $99.01 - $125 Shipping $17.95

Orders over $125 will ship for free

   Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. We ship only within the continental US/contiguous United States.  We will ship to APO Europe for a $5 surcharge due to the added shipping expenses.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How to Return an Item

 Please notify us immediately if you decide to change your order or change your mind about the order, prior to its departure. Once shipped, any changes to the order become your responsibility as are any associated charges.

  If you decide to return an item for any other reason than an error in shipping or manufacturer’s defect ( a variation in color or pattern is not a manufacturer’s defect), you will be responsible for not only the return shipping charges, but the charges incurred in shipping to you. Shipping fees, including any costs waived for free shipping, are non-refundable.

Ensure the return package is insured. 

Inform us of your intent to return the unsatisfactory items. Include your order number and customer information in the return request.

 Returns must arrive in new and salable condition, with all original materials, stickers and packing. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during the return process. Once a return has been received, inspected, and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the full price of the items excluding shipping.

You may also return the item to the store. 

 

We will refund the price of the items excluding shipping.

 

 Full refunds (including shipping and handling) are issued only if the error is a result of an error made in order fulfillment or a manufacturer’s defect. You will be notified by email with a refund confirmation along with the refund amount.

Exchanges

 If your pottery is in like new condition, you may exchange your pottery for a different shape or pattern within 14 days. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. You will have to pay return shipping. The pottery must be returned with all original materials, stickers and packing.

 

Damages

Upon receipt of your package please inspect all products for damage due to shipping. We allow 10 days from receipt for you to notify us of breakage or your dissatisfaction with the items. In the event of damage during shipping, please refer to the Damages section below for the claim procedure to follow. 

Please email info@bluewaterpolishpottery.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

If your package arrived damaged, please retain all shipping materials – in the condition they are received. They will be needed for inspection in filing a claim with the shipper. Notify us by telephone immediately and attach pictures of the damage, if possible. 

 

Manufacturer Defects

 

Polish Pottery is handmade and decorated by the artist. Each piece is unique. Slight variances in color or pattern are to be expected. These do not constitute defects. We inspect each piece of pottery before shipping.  If you notice a flaw in workmanship, please let us know.

We will be happy to replace or exchange any defective item with another like item or any item of equal value in our inventory. 

 

Your Account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS.  Special orders will be paid in full at the time of the order.  We will update you when the product leaves the factory this could take 9 months or longer.

Special order products are non refundable but are exchangeable with another like item of equal value in our current inventory.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
